Life Force Energy
For each of us, our life force manifests in four kinds
of energy: mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual.
And they are not separate-each profoundly affects the others.
Each also is associated with a particular element.
- Physical energy is earth energy.
- Emotional energy is associated with
water-tears, overflowing feelings.
- Mental energy corresponds to the air,
the energy of consciousness
- Spiritual energy is associated with
fire-passion, commitment
Each of us has a particular energy habit, a way of
relying on certain of these energies when we face obstacles or challenges
in our lives.
- Some of us are very 'fiery,' responding passionately to almost everything.
- Others use air strategies, becoming very mental or analytic.
- Others overflow with feelings (water);
- While others get very stubborn and unmoving (earth).
What is your primary energy habit? Do you use them all? Do you over-rely
on one? In what situations do you use which? The more we become conscious
about these energies, the more choice we have to use one or another,
where appropriate.
11 Laws of Spiritual
Freedom
The only thing that holds us down is what we don't yet
know about ourselves. This insight explains why our ability to learn
the truth about ourselves, to increase our level of self-understanding,
is the same as being empowered to raise our own life level. If we want
to grow inwardly, we must find new ways to learn the truth about ourselves.
These higher discoveries call for higher learning. If it helps, look
upon this important part of your inner education as a way to better
understand what's been keeping you from learning.
Think of each of the following
eleven laws of spiritual prosperity as individual pieces of magic dust.
Make it your aim to combine them together in your mind. Then watch how
these lessons come together to effortlessly lift you to the next higher
and happier life level.
The First Law
Nothing can stop you from starting over.
The greatest power you possess for succeeding in life
is your understanding that life gives you a fresh start any moment you
choose. Nothing that stood in your way even a heartbeat before stands
there now in the same way. It's all new, even if you can't as yet see
it that way. You've only to test the truth of this fact about the newness
of life to discover the incredible freedom that waits for you just behind
it. And then nothing can stop you. You'll know the real secret and the
perfect power of starting over.
The Second Law
Don't be afraid to see when something
doesn't work.
Learn to be sensitive and to listen to the inner signals
that try and tell you when something isn't working. You know what they
are. Frustration, resentment, anger, etc. The presence of these emotional
troubles aren't trying to tell you that you can't succeed, only that
the road you've insisted upon taking so far doesn't lead where you want.
Learning to admit when something isn't working is the same as teaching
yourself what will.
The Third Law
If it doesn't flow, there's more
to know.
Learn to recognize all forms of strain -- whether
at work, in your creative efforts, or in your relationships -- as being
unnecessary. The friction you feel mounting when busy at some labor
is never caused by the task at hand, but by what you don't yet know
about it. This means the only real reason for your strain is that you've
got hold of a wrong idea you don't yet see as wrong. This new insight
allows you to release yourself by showing you what you need to know.
Flowing follows your new knowing.
The Fourth Law
Don't take the easy way.
There's no getting away from what you don't know, which
is why any time you feel compelled to go around a problem by taking
the easy way, that problem always comes round again. This is what makes
life seem so hard. Getting something done without the completing the
task does not fulfill the need. As your insight grows, so will your
understanding that the whole idea of the "hard way" has always
been just a lying thought and that life can be flowing. Now you know:
the complete way is the easy way. Choose to experience life in a harmonious,
peacful and graceful way and find everything will fall into place effortlessly.
The Fifth Law
On the other side of the resistance
is the flow.
There are often times when it feels as though you can't
go any farther in your work or relationships. But you can learn to go
beyond any blockage. Make the following clear to yourself. Those moments
-- when it feels as though you're least able to get beyond yourself
-- are not telling you that you've gone as far as you can go, but only
reveal that you've reached as far as you know -- for now. This higher
self-knowledge about your true inner position allows you to see the
resistance you're feeling for what it really is: a threshold, and not
a closed door. Walk through it. Nothing can stop you. On the other side
of the resistance is the flow. Learning to go beyond you is the same
as entering into the new.
The Sixth Law
Watch for the opportunity to learn
something new.
Everything is changing all the time, nothing is constant.
That means life is an endless occasion for learning something new. But
this means more than meets the eye. Just as you're a part of everything,
everything is a part of you. The whole of life is connected. And your
ability to learn is part of the wonder of this complete, but ever-changing,
whole. Learning serves as a window, not only into the complex world
you see around you, but through it you may also look into the you that's
busy looking into the world. And when you've learned there's no end
to what you can see about the amazing worlds spinning both around and
within you, you'll also know there's no end to you. So stay awake. Learn
something new every day. You'll love how that makes you feel about yourself.
The Seventh Law
Learn to see life as imitless.
If you approach the possibilities of learning about
your life as being limitless, which they are, then it follows that any
conclusion you reach about yourself has to be an unseen limitation.
Why? Because there's always more to see. For instance, let yourself
see that all conclusions are illusions when it comes to the security
they promise. There may be security in a prison, but there are also
no choices behind its confining walls. Learn to see all conclusions
about yourself as invisible jail cells. For that's what they are. The
seeming security these conclusions offer are a poor substitute for the
real security of knowing that who you really are is always free to be
something higher. You are not bound by time and space.
The Eighth Law
Have no fear of being afraid. Fear: False
Evidence Appearing Real
Fear can't learn, which is why you must learn about
fear if you ever wish to be a fearless learner. So, the first thing
you must learn is how to get past your fear of being afraid. Here's
how. The next time a fear of some kind tries to fill one of your moments,
try to see the difference between the fact of your situation and your
feelings about it. This is the right use of your mind. For instance,
it's a fact that interest rates change. It's not a fact you have to
get scared when they do. That fear is not a fact of life, but only becomes
one for you as long as you insist that life performs according to what
you think are your best interests. As you learn to see that these fearful
feelings don't belong to you, but only to your wrong thinking, you cease
to be afraid, even of your own fears.
The Ninth Law
Never accept defeat.
As long as it's possible to learn, you need never feel
tied down by any past defeat in your life. Here's the real fact: nothing
can prevent the inwardly self-educating man or woman from succeeding
in life. And here's why: wisdom always triumphs over adversity. But
to win real wisdom calls you to join in a special kind of struggle.
And if this battle had a banner under which to rally, here's what would
be written upon that higher call to arms: "But I can find out!"
Yes, you can learn the facts. You may not know the real reasons why
you feel so lonely or worried at times, but you can find out. And you
may not understand how you could have been so blind to that evil person's
real intentions, but you can find out. Take these four words that are
freedom's battle cry. Use them to defeat what's defeating you.
The Tenth Law
Learn to let go of painful pretense.
Most people approach their troubles with one of these
two non-solutions: they either pretend their problem isn't a problem,
or they pretend they've solved their troubles with temporary cover-ups.
But their pain remains. It doesn't have to be this way for you. You
can learn to let go of painful pretense. Here's how. When facing an
old problem, what you don't want is another "new way" to deal
with it. What you really want is to learn something new about the true
nature of what has a hold on you. To go far, start near. When faced
with any pain, let go of what you think you know. Act towards your trouble
as if you don't know anything about it. This new solution is the only
true one because the truth is you don't know what the real problem is.
Otherwise you wouldn't still have it. Letting go of what you think you
know puts you in the right place for learning what you need to know.
The Eleventh Law
Persistence always prevails.
If you'll persist with your sincere wish for higher
learning, you can't help but succeed. Persistence always prevails because
part of its power is to hold you in place until either the world lines
up with your wish or you see that your wish is out of line. But, for
whichever way it turns in that moment, you've won something that only
persistence can pay. See the following: if you get what you think you
have to have to be happy and you're still not satisfied, then you've
learned what you don't want. Now you can go on to higher things. And
should you learn you've been wearing yourself out with useless wishes,
then this discovery allows you to turn your energies in a new direction:
self-liberation and self empowerment to create what you want.
Conscious Living
The essential requirements for
conscious living is being the best you can be:

And Your Better is Best
Being in your truth, love and personal power are the
core principles of growth and spiritual awakening. You can improve your
results in any area of life by using these principles.
Truth: Examine yourself, beliefs, perceiptions and desires
with honesty
Love: Enhance your connection with others through the
element of unconditional love
Power: Take back your power and live life through self
empowerment. Take action to make your dreams come true.
Healing
Healing is a matter of the spirit. Disease originates
in the etheric body, the subtle body which surrounds the physical body.
Healing must address the roots of disease, and clear the etheric body
of the seeds of illness. When the seeds of illness are cleared, one
is not only healthy, but is more in alignment with one’s soul, and one’s
true life mission. Finding this purpose in life, preserving the integrity
of the soul, changing one’s life to fulfill one’s purpose is the true
healing. Anything short of this is just managing symptoms.
The key is letting go of past resentments, forgiving
others, opening one’s heart in compassion,and strengthening one’s connection
to one’s spiritual guidance.
We live in a continuum, our spirits moving from life
to life, eternally changing form. Open your palms to receive the help
you are asking for and at the same time give with no expectations.

EN: to

ER: silvery
energy, from chemistry it is the metal erbium. Used to color
glass. Of or characteristic of substances such as iron, nickel,
or cobalt and various alloys that exhibit extremely high magnetic
permeability. Ferromagnetism: A property exhibited by certain
metals, aloys and compounds of the transition (iron group),
rare-earth and actinide elements in which, below a certain temperature
called the Curic temperature, the atomic magnetic moments tend
to line up in a common direction. Ferromagnetism is characterized
by the strong attraction of one magnetized body for another.

Y: Refers
to the brightness signal (luma) in the YUV color space. The
Y -n YUV stands for "luma" wihch is brightness, or
lightness. Y (2) is the symbol for ordinate- of a figure, having
all its sides and angles equal (equalaterial triangle).
Our energy
fields are made up of feminie and masculine energies. The feminine
is paying attention to our inner voice, the masculine is acting
on this intuition. Whether we are male or female we have both
of these energies within us. The feminine, Goddess, energy is
now moving to come to the surface and balance with the masculine
energies.
Male energy
is on the right side of our bodies and is represented by the
sun. It is electric, active, and giving. Female energy is on
our left side and is represented by the moon. It is magnetic,
receptive, and creative. Concepts or ideas are conceived on
the female side and brought to fruition - into the physical
world - by our male side.
Feminine Wisdom
is the allowing of the feminine energy to flow freely through
our being and to be expressed in whatever manner it chooses.
This concept can be experienced by the use of our intuition
and being in the flow of the universal energies in and around
you. This directly affects and creates the reality you are experiencing
in the present moment. This reality can change at any time based
on your inherent beliefs, perceptions and ideas of who you are
and what is going on outside yourself.
Feminine Wisdom
also encompasses compassion, empathy and nurturing qualities.
These are traits that men and women both share. Unfortunately
our male energy has a way of making these qualities seem unimportant
and this causes an imbalance in the overall mind, body and spirit
connection and our overall health.

world.

of great Radiance and Clarity. The gift that is offered at
this Stargate is the complete alignment of the Higher and
Lower Aspects of the self in Absolute Integrity. Bring the
Higher and Lower aspects of your Being into complete Harmony

Energetic and Physical Symptoms

Physical exhaustion and the need to sleep
very long
hours. This is
because the Physical and Emotional bodies are aligning
with the higher
vibrations of the Spiritual bodies to facilitate the

alignment of Higher and Lower Aspects.
* Emotional Stress and the ending of relationships.
Everything that is not in integrity will end. Some endings
may include hostility as

Blocked Aura
When aligned and balanced, the aura is radiant energy, a living

incorporated into the ego structure. Part of our life is to
create blocks, which we use as stepping-stones. Our issues
and concerns appear as blocks and distortions in the energy
field. Physical and emotional trauma, self-judgment and limiting
beliefs, or external psychic pressures from individuals, groups
or institutional belief systems cause these blocks and distortions.
Psychological and spiritual wounds condense, even into physical
disease, to assist us to complete the soul's imperative to
fulfill our nature. Although these patterns in the aura represent
energy limitations, each one also holds a key to greater spiritual
realization and strengthening. They are adversaries that become
allies as we work to transform them.
Each dilemma is linked internally to a solution that awakens
our holiness. Our beliefs, judgments, attitudes, and trauma
affect the containment and movement of energy within our consciousness.
Blocks are an attempt to protect. As such, they become integrated
into the sustaining structure of our personality. As we create
meaning in response to trauma, we adapt to the meaning as
if it were normal. Thus, the trauma and the meaning we constructed
in response become normalized into our psyche. We adapt to
the level of our injury. While the ego adapts to trauma, the
soul continues to pursue transformation. In the deepest sense,
our aura is out of balance as one phase in a process caused
by our drive to awaken spiritually and transform the quality
of our lives and our experience. In a more conventional sense,
any concern, trauma, or issue that brings one to counseling
or requires therapy reflects in the aura as an imbalance.
Blocks and imbalances help us answer the age-old questions:
Who am I? What am I? What do I want? The more energized and
integrated the aura, the faster the process. Transformation
and realization can be instantaneous. The aura wants to be
in balance. As we grow wiser, we are more attentive to the
care and maintenance of ourselves as energy. It is in our
nature to seek new experience and then transform that experience
into understanding, strength, and awareness. Blocks are a
natural increment of human destiny. We are taught that we
must do good in order to be good. In truth, we do good because
we are good.
To have a perfectly balanced aura, one's development and attitudes
on all three of these levels (physical, emotional, and mental-spiritual)
must be in perfect attunement with the Infinite. For example,
should a man become involved in an intense argument with another
person leading to an exchange of physical blows, the disharmonies
will show in both the mental and physical auras and the auric
fields will be disrupted. The aura carries scars just as the
physical body carries its scars. Emotionally and spiritually
as the affected person strives for a better balance, the wounds
become laced just as a physician will sew up a cut on the
physical body. Consequently, as we live, grow, decide what
is right and what is wrong, rationalize and compromise, our
aura is in a constant state of flux. How the aura is transformed
depends upon our ideas, attitudes, endeavors, and the state
of consciousness in which we live. There is no doubt that
our personality, soul condition, hidden self, and physical
condition are revealed clearly through the vibrations and
